Bropatrol: Bodybuilding Brought to the Next Level

CHS seniors Brett Aguirre, Alex Bruce, and Marcel Demidov are working hard to achieve herculean physiques and much more. This is the primary reason why they founded Bropatrol, a group of close gymrats who make YouTube videos, have a large social media presence, and hit the gym daily.

One of the trio’s many goals is to become professional bodybuilders. This would involve further hours of work and dedication that would make a name for themselves in the professional weightlifting community. Bruce and Demidov started their athletic careers in football and soccer, then branched off into weightlifting. Aguirre, the third member of the trio, was initially encouraged by his friends to start bodybuilding seriously. Immediately after school, the members of Bropatrol make their way over to retro fitness to workout. They follow an extremely detailed and balanced workout schedule that ensures maximum wear and tear on the body, which results in maximum gains.

Their influences and inspiration range from the iconic Arnold Schwarzenegger to Calum Von Moger. These seemingly unattainable physiques push and motivate the members of Bropatrol to workout longer and harder, which is reflected in their impressive physiques. The long term goal for Bropatrol is to be a full fledged company that would provide products ranging from a clothing line to powders and supplements. Short term, the group plans to compete in a teenage bodybuilding competition in the near future. Bropatrol encourages people to do something about any potential body insecurities and start hitting the gym. You can conveniently find and support Bropatrol on their Instagram page or YouTube channel, Bropatrol.
