2022 senior box: Meghan Mason
Peace out, CHS! Oh wait, I’m supposed to write more than that for my Senior Box? Well, here goes: I’m Meghan Mason, and I love the Wolfpacket! I’m this year’s Assistant Editor in Chief, and I think our newspaper is well-written, important, and funny. And I think the people that join are cool, hilarious, and smart. I wouldn’t have admitted that freshman year because I was under the false impression that having passion wasn’t cool, but if I learned anything at CHS, it is that hot people are the ones who care about things– and my passion for the Wolfpacket speaks for itself. I am now excited to move on to the next chapter of my life at UCLA, where I will learn a little, party a lot, and never write again…. In reality, I hope to continue to learn, grow, and write articles (potentially satire) as well as find even more new and interesting passions. Finally, I would like to shout out everybody on the staff this year: Thank you for making censored diss tracks, worshiping Jerome the chimpanzee, remaking Harry Potter with trees, investigating our satire newspaper competition, reporting on Playboi Carti and Ye, exposing the truth on April Fool’s Day, and creating a positive environment where everyone can write serious and silly articles.
