School Site Council-Elect: Jonah Evans
Current sophomore Jonah Evans is seeking to make his mark on CHS by running for School Site Council (SIP). He is eager to earn a leadership role on campus in order to be more involved. He believes that his confidence and his ability to not be afraid to say what he thinks are strong attributes that are useful for SIP.
“I feel like in a lot of situations and activities like in soccer and things like that, I’m in a leadership role,” Evans said. “I was on ASB for two years, which really helped me with that.”
Evans has had many leadership positions in the past. He was on ASB for two years in El Roble and in his free time he helps assist the elderly in senior communities. He has mainly been involved in sports such as Cross Country, Track, and Soccer. He considers his ability to speak his mind a useful tool for these intentions, and is confident in his leadership abilities to make him a productive SIP member.
