Playing out beautiful beats on her bass drum for all of Claremont to hear, Meghan Robles has stepped through the musical phrases of high school. Picking telepathy to be her superpower, her heroic sense for helping others has always been her joy. With her passion for music and bubbly personality, it is not shocking to see Robles as this year’s Homecoming Queen.
“I was going for the fun of senior year and doing my last things,” Robles said. “I put my name out there, so I am happy to be here!”
Involved in ASB committees, German Club’s Oompah Band, Project Blush as co-president, marching band as the battery captain, and numerous community-based activities, Robles has been keeping her life lively. From the age of four, Robles has devoted her time to helping others: she is currently a part of the community service organization, “KidCare International.” Traveling out of state, she plans to major in biology, as she aspires to be a surgeon.
“I always have had a heart for people,” Robles said.
Excited for what the future holds, Robles keeps a special place in her heart for all the memories made at CHS. She would like to shout out the CHS marching band for the fun moments.
“I will mostly miss the community of friends,” Robles said. “I feel like there is always an environment at CHS that will increase your passion and increase your love for the school and teachers. I think it creates a welcoming community and I feel that is broad throughout the city of Claremont.”
