Colby Fire Destroys Multiple Homes in Glendora
The Colby Fire broke out in Glendora this morning and has burned multiple homes.
Today at 5:50 am, the “Colby Fire” broke out in the foothills of Glendora. More than 700 firefighters were dispatched to fight the Colby Fire that has burned about 1,700 acres including multiple homes. The cause of the fire is still undetermined, but three men have been arrested due to suspicious behavior.
Schools in the Glendora area, including St. Lucy’s Priory High School and Citrus College, have been evacuated as a precautionary move, however neither campuses have been affected by the fire.
The Colby Fire has yet to be contained.
