Among which rapper Ice Spice is set to appear on “Ice Isle”, formerly known as “Shark Island”.
This new reimagined location will feature a neon, Y2K-inspired abandoned shopping mall with an eerie, captivating atmosphere. Fans can also grab two exclusive outfits in the in-game shop. Players can purchase the “Ice Spice Outfit” and the “Rap Princess Ice Spice Outfit,” both featuring Benny The Jeweler’s iconic princess necklace. Players who defeat Ice Spice in-game can add her to their team and unlock the “Ice Spice’s Grappler” and “Ice Spice’s Rifle Mythics”.
Despite these exciting changes, not all Fortnite fans are thrilled with the replacement of the Shark Island POI for Ice Spice’s. A Point of Interest (POI) is a location on the Battle Royale map that is popular or interesting to players. Many players liked the original Shark Island, and some players feel that the new Ice Spice-themed area does not live up to its predecessor.
Many fans do not support the Ice Spice skin, especially as her popularity has decreased in these past few months.
