Tennis times: April 23rd recap
On Friday, April 23rd, Claremont High School played Glendora High School. The team never lost a single set.
In singles, #1 Josh Bonner won both of his sets 7-5 and 6-4, and #2 shingles Xabi Glovsky won his sets 6-2 and 6-0. #3 singles Reginald Wang won his sets 6-2 and 6-1.
In doubles, #1 singles Will McDermott and Jude Emmert won their sets 6-4 and 6-3. #2 doubles Carter Chan and Kyle Chen won their two sets both by a score of 6-4, and #3 doubles Jayden Torry and Evan Wong swept their opponents 6-0 in both sets.
The Pack will travel to Ayala High school to play the Ayala tennis team on Friday, May 7th. Besides Claremont, they are the only undefeated team left in the league.
